Chief Solomon Chukwu Hails Speaker Obasa as Beacon of Democracy and Pillar of Progressive Leadership in Lagos

 

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ethics group in Lagos State and the Otun Amuludun of Orile Agege Kingdom, Chief Solomon Sunday Chukwu, has lauded the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa, describing him as an icon of legislative excellence and a beacon of progressive governance in Lagos State.

In a statement issued in Lagos, Chief Chukwu extolled Speaker Obasa’s political wisdom and visionary leadership, noting that his legislative acumen has continued to strengthen institutions, shape people-oriented policies, and safeguard the interests of the masses.

“Rt. Hon. Obasa stands as a pillar of stability and a symbol of refined democracy — a leader whose legislative prowess has continued to guide the Lagos State House of Assembly to remain the pride of Nigeria’s democracy,” Chukwu said.He further praised the Speaker for fostering harmony between the legislative and executive arms of government, emphasizing that such synergy has propelled the state toward greater development in alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of the APC.

You have continued to inspire both the legislature and the executive arm to work in harmony for the progress of our dear state. Chief Chukwu concluded his message by praying for continued divine wisdom, strength, and good health for the Speaker, describing him as “a leader among leaders and a true custodian of democratic ideals.”
