Ibadan Southwest Constituency 1 House of Assembly member, Honourable Yusuf Oladeni Adebisi, has call on muslim Umar across his constituency,state and Nigeria to tolerate, love and live in peace among each other during and after the season of sober reflection as muslim starts fasting.
Honourable Adebisi urged Nigerians to emulate the teachings and words of encouragement of prophet Muhammad (SAW) who preaches peace and tolerance throughout his lifetime.
The sighting of the moon was noticed at the early hour of today which marks the beginning of yearly Ramadan fasting to Nigerians to trace, seek the face of Almighty Allah in all aspects of life.
In the release made available to newsmen through his Senior Special Assistant in media and public affairs, Tope Eluyefa, that Nigerians need prayers for all our challenges to be resolved and that our believe in our leaders to do it alone is not enough and for all of us to support them with our prayers and words of encouragement.
Hon Adebisi who is also the chairman House committee on Youth and Sports advice the youth to use this period to seek the face of Allah, believed that nothing can go beyond Allah's approval.
While congratulating the muslim brothers and sisters for this special season, Adebisi advice that we should be security conscious especially for those who may want to use this season in early hour call to prayer to lure people into kidnapping and abduction, however, he pray for peace, prosperity and mercy of Allah to be on all Nigerians.
