The Director of media to his imperial majesty, Oba Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi has described the last visit to FCT has a huge success.
He said It was a grand entry
into the Capital city of Abuja when Arole Oodua, Ooni Adeyeye Babatunde
Ogunwusi(Ojaja II) was hosted to a Royal dinner on 28th of March
2016 by Alhaji Bamanga Tukur and later attended
the birthday colloquium of Asiwaju Bola
Tinubu on Tuesday, 29th March 2016 held at the International Conference Center also in
Abuja.
On arrival at the airport in company of his
his beautiful wife, Olori Wuraola Ogunwusi and a retinue of aides, chiefs and
traditional rulers including his Director of Media, Comrade Moses Olafare,
Arode of Ife Chief Jimo Awe, HRH Elejesi of Ejesi Oba Babatunde Awosunle, HRH
Alapoje of Apoje Oba Ademola Ademiluyi was ushered into a waiting Limousine while
two Executive Mercedes Benz, four land cruiser jeeps and a couple of escort
patrol conveyed members of his entourage.
The convoy cruised smoothly into the Transcorp
hilton hotel where a crowd of Oduduwa sons and daughters came out in numbers to
welcome and pay homage to H.I.M. Arole Oodua was later received Chairman African Development Group, Alhaji
Barmangar Tukur at exactly 7:30pm at his Wuse residence where he hosted his
guests to a royal dinner. Bamanga Tukur described Ooni Ogunwusi as a special
gift to African continent who will be correctly judged by History for his youth
development agenda and his ongoing unity project not only in Yoruba land but
also across the Nigeria nation.
Ooni while thanking
his host for the honour done to him charged Nigerian youths to emulate Alhaji
Bamanga Tukur who had spent his youthful days very productively to be what he
has today become.
He promised to continue to support the youths
who are the hopes of tomorrow. The brief event attended by Hajia Fatima Bamanga
Tukur, Senator Grace Bent, Alhaji Dauda Brima former Minister of Education,
Chief Amina Temitope Ajayi(mama diaspora), Princess Enna Itodo and others
witnessed an exchange of African cultural gifts.
